Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other breach of security. depbos will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you notify us of such unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial recognition verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
depbos supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though actual crediting time may depend on your bank's processing speed and system availability. depbos does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account registered in your name matching the name on your verified Account. We process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification status, requested amount, and payment method. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and processing time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary based on your Account verification level and transaction history. You may be required to complete applicable wagering requirements on deposits before withdrawal eligibility. This anti-money-laundering measure requires that deposits be wagered at least one time before withdrawal.
We reserve the right to decline withdrawal requests or delay processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, incomplete KYC verification, or involvement in money laundering or other illegal activities. In such cases, we may request additional documentation or investigation before releasing funds.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility.
depbos reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or any other activity deemed as exploitation of promotional offers. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal.
While any bonus is active in your Account, you may be subject to maximum bet limits per spin, per hand, or per betting event. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Maximum bet limits will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
All games on the depbos Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by recognized sports governing bodies. Togel lottery draws follow official results from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney lottery authority, and Macau lottery pools as applicable.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.
All sports bets are settled according to official results at the time of match completion. For football betting (bandar bola), Asian handicap bets (voor bola) are settled based on the final score including handicap adjustment. Accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If a match is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules accessible through your Account dashboard.
depbos strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without disruption. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, system maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including force majeure events.
You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. depbos does not guarantee any winnings or positive outcomes. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of our Services.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party game providers, payment processors, or other external services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or services provided by third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
depbos reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or suspected fraud, bonus abuse or promotional exploitation, provision of false information during registration or verification, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or extended periods of Account inactivity exceeding 12 months.
You may request voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
Upon Account termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all verification requirements and settlement of any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
